ROUND ROCK, Texas — America’s pastime was in full swing last weekend and Round Rock Express fans filled the Dell Diamond with excitement for the start of the season.

The Express opened the season March 29 against the Sugar Land Space Cowboys.

AUSTIN, Texas – The history of American music is now on display in the Live Music Capital of the World.

The Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music created “Music America,” a touring exhibit currently at the Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential Library. Music America features iconic artifacts such as the boots Gene Autry’s widow gave to Willie Nelson, Madonna’s wedding dress from the “Like a Virgin” music video, and one of Taylor Swift’s “Reputation Stadium Tour” costumes.

New Braunfels Police Department searching for burglary suspects

The New Braunfels Police Department is asking for help identifying multiple individuals from unsolved burglary cases.

Some suspects were seen carrying firearms while looking for unlocked cars in a residential neighborhood.

In another case, suspects were caught by surveillance cameras before breaking into a vape shop. The suspects stole merchandise and were then seen leaving the area in a blue SUV.

Manor Police Department are informing their community that scammers have been impersonating officers.

On Wednesday, MPD posted on Facebook that the scammers are making fraudulent calls to individuals and claim to be part of MPD. The scammers use intimidation tactics or false promises to get personal information or payments.
